Hey! I know you're limited on staff, so, the forums on MangaFox, MangaHelpers, Mangashare, Baka-Updates, and /a/ are good places to recruit and look for freelancers. Forgive me if you've already been; thought I would tell you just in case you haven't. ^^

I also don;t really have time to dedicate into trying to get help. I have used a lot of these sites to attempt to get help before, but translators are not an easy thing to find, which is what we are in greatest need in. I tend to only get offers for proofreading, which although sometimes necessary, is something we currently divide within our staff, since there's no need to lengthen the time of a release adding another person in between.
If you know anyone looking to help a scanlation group, who can donate the time and is okay knowing that it's for free (that's where people tend to mistake scanlations. All of us donate our own time, and even our own funds, to keeping these projects alive)

I understand. It's definitely something you have to keep up with, too, because people can get snatched up quick. Unfortunately I don't know anyone OTL however, if it's not too forward, I wouldn't mind hovering over the boards for translators and contacting them. Would giving them your e-mail address for further information be OK?

We do always need help, but yeah, it can be hard to find them. I am both the owner of this group and the translator, so my time gets divided very quickly.
That's fine, please feel fre to do so
